Specialist planners, expansions and measures are organised, coordinated and agreed here and achievement of these goals is also reviewed retrospectively. However, this does not always just take place at a desk. Each property is viewed within the framework of the property inspections, which are carried out at least every six months. In addition to the infrastructural measures, the technical asset management team regularly reports to colleagues in asset management. An unobstructed flow of information without loss at the interfaces is one of the major advantages of GARBE.
