GARBE recruits UK head of investment

GARBE Industrial Real Estate UK has made a senior hire with the appointment of Tom Clews as Head of Investment.

Clews has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, principally focused on the Industrial and Logistics sector. Working for institutional funds at CBRE Global Investors, BlackRock and ESR Europe, he has lead I&L development strategies across the UK, overseeing over 4m sq ft of prime built space, together with aggregation of I&L portfolios totalling over £1bn.

GARBE Industrial Real Estate UK acquired its first logistics site in August 2024 in a JV with Invesco Real Estate.  The site is located in Worksop, East Midlands with construction well underway with PC in Q3 2025 for two warehouses of 462,500 sq ft and 86,500 sq ft.
