This development is a 24,188 sqm build-to-suit production facility and the head office for Dutch smart energy solutions supplier Alfen N.V.
On behalf of GLIF Plus III, we acquired a strategically located ground plot of 33,196 sqm at De Vaart business park in Almere which is now long term leased to Alfen N.V. The business park is located 30 km from Amsterdam and ranks as the fourth logistics hotspot in the Netherlands.
The development comprises 24,188 sqm of GLA, 353 parking spaces, and is targeting a high ESG score through BREEAM Certification and an A+++ energy label. Therefore, o.a. solar panels will be installed on the roof and existing (waste) materials will be recycled during construction.
