The warehouse is situated at the XL Bedrijvenpark in Twente and lies directly at the A35, which leads within a few minutes to the A1. One of the main European traffic arteries. A direct connection with Eastern Europe, the Randstad and the Ruhr area. Twente Airport is around the corner and there is a good access to rail and waterways.
