GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands, in collaboration with Hercuton | a JAJO company, has successfully completed a 17,130 m² build-to-suit logistics facility for A.F.L. Barendrecht B.V. in Dutch Fresh Port, hashtagRidderkerk. This state-of-the-art facility, equipped with 2,944 solar panels (in cooperation with Eneco), obtained an A+++++ energy label and aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, ensuring sustainable operations.
