We are happy to share that GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands, in close cooperation with the fund management of UNION, has signed a new lease for a prime 22,712 m² A-grade modern logistics warehouse in Tilburg with Anji Logistics Europe.

Paul Twigt, Head of Real Estate Management, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Anji Logistics Europe as our new tenant. This rapid lease-up within just three weeks after the space became available from the previous tenant underscores the strong demand for high-quality logistics space in this prime location.
