Development Announcement 🏗️

Last Thursday we kicked off the construction works with a piling ceremony of our #sustainable new development in #Almere. 👷🏼

This 32,562 sqm development is situated in the heart of #Almere at the De Vaart Business Park, just 30 kilometres from Amsterdam. Almere ranks the fourth largest logistics hotspot in the Netherlands.

The sustainable development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent Certification and will be built with the use of a circular steel construction. Along with 288 parking spaces with EV charging points the development will have solar panels lining the roof and possess a minimal A+++ energy label.

The contractor for the development is Groothuis Bouwgroep from Genemuiden. Construction has now started, and delivery is scheduled for August 2024.
