Our latest project acquisition at #Ridderkerk! 🦺✅

We’re happy to announce that we’ve signed-off on our 17,000 sqm state-of-the-art built-to-suit warehouse in the Dutch Fresh Port business park in Ridderkerk! 🎉

The BREEAM Excellent warehouse will feature ESG carbon-neutral elements enveloped in an eco-friendly design, with solar panels lining the rooftop, efficient waste disposal, and energy-efficient LED lighting. GARBE is proud to collaborate with Hercuton | a JAJO company on this exciting new logistics hub, which will be completed by Q3 2024 🌳
