Expansion Finished🏁🎉

Last Friday we delivered the warehouse expansion of our tenant De Badenman, part of De Mandemakers Groep, in #Waalwijk!

After demolishing part of the old warehouse, a new expansion of almost 7,000 m² has been built bringing the total area of this site close to 24,000 m².

With this expansion the warehouse now offers a new loading pit with 16 docks for vans, including EV chargers. There are 6 new ground floor doors. Three in the existing part of the building and three in the extension.
