Have you seen the new site from Hessing Supervers yet? This is the latest addition to the GARBE-managed portfolio in the Netherlands.
Located at the heart of the logistics hub Greenport Venlo, Hessing Supervers is now working on their fit-out to finish Europe’s most modern fresh vegetable produce factory! To speak in their terms: “This is SuperKOOL!”
What about #sustainability? It has over 65.000 m² of prime warehouse area + office space, with an Energy label A+++++, and BREEAM certification including 13,000 solar panels! The building hosts its own recycling centre and water management system #nowaste.
