Asset Upgrade ✅

The refurbishment of our 15,000 sqm asset in Rotterdam Botlek is completed and a long-term lease agreement has been concluded with Hooymeijer B.V.! This upgrade secures a future proof asset complying modern specs.

To meet the needs of our tenant, additional loading docks have been installed, a new air treatment system has been installed and with LED-lightning throughout the entire asset we achieved herewith an A++ energy label.
