Garbe (& SFO) plans to complete their first development project in Italy, with a total surface of 83.000 sqm. The new facility will achieve the LEED Platinum certificate, the highest recognition for eco-friendly real estate developments with energy class A offices. The lighting will consist LED lights equipped with sensors to decrease energy usage, and water consumption will be reduced and regulated by utilising harvested rainwater for both office sanitation and irrigation purposes.
