This innovative facility comprises 8 independent modules, each designed to meet contemporary logistics needs with a focus on sustainability. The property has achieved LEED Platinum certification, highlighting its commitment to eco-friendly practices and high performance in energy and environmental design. Currently, more than 60% of the building is leased.
