The property management team is the key contact for your tenants and the one taking care of all day-to-day matters, they ensure the ongoing management of the property according to its tailored asset strategy. Communication with third parties, such as service providers and authorities, are handled by them as well as invoice handling, monitoring of open invoices and claims management as well as services charges reconciliation. Operational and organisational tasks are carried out along close cooperation with the asset and technical manager of the property.
