Logistics centre for the Hagebau Group

On a 10-hectare site, GARBE is building a distribution warehouse for Hagebau Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in 4 hall sections. Here, the complete product range from the building materials and DIY store range with around 10,000 articles is stored and handled. In order to cover future growth, the building can be expanded by a fifth hall section with a further 10,000 sqm. From the new location in Walsrode, Hagebau will be able to supply five regional warehouses throughout Germany.

Location

The customer Hagebau has chosen the location due to the proximity to the headquarters in Soltau and the direct connection to the A27. The connection to the A27 provides an optimal connection to the A7 and the A1. The property was reserved in advance with the city for the construction project.

Planning

Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.

Advice

Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.

We are very proud to have prevailed in a multi-stage bidding process as the preferred project developer for Hagebau. This confirms our strategy of transferring built properties into our own real estate management in the long term and thus being a reliable partner for our tenants even after completion.
