GARBE Industrial Real Estate starts with brownfield-redevelopment in Duisburg

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has started redevelopment work on its site in Duisburg’s Meiderich district.
The 56,000 square meter brownfield site, which the Hamburg-based project developer acquired a good two years ago, is located on the so-called “Zeus site”, which was used by the steel industry until the end of the 20th century.

Together with our JV partner Bremer Projektentwicklung, we are realizing the speculative construction of a logistics hall and two industrial park blocks with the general contractor Bremer Bau.
