New construction of a multifunctional centre in Moosburg
With the user C+R Hydraulics, a first tenant for the multifunctional center in Moosburg was found with a usable area of approx. 5,000 sqm of hall space and 1,000 sqm of office. The medium-sized company is established as a fixed size in the field of hydraulics and produces tailor-made hydraulic components at the site.
This building will be extended with an additional hall area of approx. 3,000 sqm, which is now available for rent. The versatile property is suitable for different types of use due to its flexible delivery via several ramp and ground-level gates.
The Moosburg location offers a direct motorway connection to the A92, as well as its immediate location at Munich Airport.
The Degernpoint business park is located about 25 km from Munich Airport. On one of the last plots designated as GI (industrial area), we have developed and built a future-oriented logistics property that is perfectly adapted to the needs of our tenants and users.
Planning
Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Consulting
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary industrial construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
This project was completed in 2020 and handed over to the customer.
Through this project, GARBE once again demonstrates our flexibility to implement not only the classic logistics property but also complex production facilities with versatile special requirements.
