With the purchase of the property, GARBE Industrial has been able to secure the only available space for commercial and logistics properties in the eastern bacon belt around Hamburg in recent years. As an owner-managed Hamburg-based company, GARBE Industrial can further strengthen its presence on the domestic market through this acquisition.
Due to the ongoing and strong demand in the metropolitan region, construction of a third-use logistics property will begin in the first half of 2021. Particular attention is paid to a high construction standard and a sustainable construction method, which is also to be certified with DGNB Gold after completion. The hall space was fully rented.
