With the purchase of the property, GARBE Industrial has been able to secure the only available space for commercial and logistics properties in the eastern bacon belt around Hamburg in recent years. Due to the ongoing and strong demand in the metropolitan region, construction of a third-use logistics property will begin in the first half of 2021.
