The approximately 100,000 square meter site, on which the logistics property with a total area of around 61,500 square meters will be built, is located in the immediate vicinity of federal highway 6, which connects the site with the Berlin – Munich 9 freeway. The Großkugel junction is three kilometers away. From there, it is six kilometers to the Schkeuditzer Kreuz interchange with the Magdeburg-Dresden 14 freeway and a direct connection to Leipzig/Halle Airport.

Due to the possible total size of the contiguous 110,000 m² hall area, the property in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is one of the last large plots in Saxony-Anhalt with a direct motorway location, which has an existing building right.

Due to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to bind the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH to the Hörselberg-Hainich location for a long-term lease.
GARBE was able to secure around 65,000 sqm of land at this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz junction.
Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has started redevelopment work on its site in Duisburg’s Meiderich district.
The 56,000 square meter brownfield site, which the Hamburg-based project developer acquired a good two years ago, is located on the so-called “Zeus site”, which was used by the steel industry until the end of the 20th century.
