New construction of a logistics property with extension

At the Burscheid site, the Edelmann Group company will be based on approximately 13,500 sqm of hall and office space with a production. GARBE was able to agree on a long-term lease agreement with the company, which specialises in the production of high-quality packaging.

In addition to the production, the area will be expanded by a prospective hall area of approx. 8,500 sqm. The hall space was rented to BGS technic KG.

In this building, GARBE specialists take on the complex requirements of a manufacturing company and pour them into the framework of a third-party property. This ensures the value stability of this property over the next decades.

Location

The industrial area Strasserhof is located in the outskirts of the city of Burscheid. The connection to the nearby A1 is via state and federal roads. The project development represents the initial settlement in the industrial area, but the remaining area is already completely reserved for other settlements. The region is characterized by a severe scarcity of land and belongs to the greater Leverkusen area.

Planning

Together with our client and Köster, we have realized the planning and implementation of the property.

Consulting

In consultation with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the production processes as effectively as possible.

In addition to the production, the area will be expanded by a prospective hall area of approx. 8,500 m², which will be available for another tenant from the fourth quarter of 2021.
