Due to the excellent and non-dublizable location, a tenant for the total area of approx. 13,000 sqm could already be found during the land purchase phase with atrikom fulfillment Gesellschaft für Projekt-Dienstleistungen mbH. Through the early discussions, all user-specific requirements of the tenant for the property could be taken into account.

Planning

The planning was carried out in close coordination with our tenant. Individual wishes and requirements of the tenant were taken into account.

Advice

Together with our customer, we were able to respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property.

Construction

The opening and handover to the tenant is planned for spring 2023.
