With the Hamburg based company Karl Heinz Dietrich GmbH & Co. KG a very good tenant was found for our previously unused property in Wenzendorf.
The property is located in a rear managed by GARBE. With this project development, GARBE manages to identify and raise existing potentials when the right time has come.

The customer was actively involved in the planning and implementation process between the owner and the general contractor.

In close coordination between customers, owners and general contractors, the requirements for the hall could be implemented and designed effectively.

The modern logistics centre was planned, realized and handed over to the tenant within 10 months.
Revitalization
As a specialist for conversion areas, we were able to draw on the know-how that we have already gathered during the revitalization of several other industrial wastelands.
