Logistics park in the north of Berlin

On the overall site of approximately 146,400 sqm, GARBE has developed a logistics park in three phases, covering a total area of about 75,000 sqm.

The first phase, with approximately 15,000 sqm of warehouse space, was leased to Kühne & Nagel. The second phase, covering around 30,000 sqm, was built without a fixed tenant commitment but was already leased to VAH Jager four months before its completion.

The final phase, with approximately 20,000 sqm, began construction in Q4 2022 and has already been completed. This space is currently still available. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested!

Due to its excellent location on the A4, GARBE was able to bind the tenant BCUBE Logistik GmbH to the Hörselberg-Hainich location for a long-term lease.
