Modern new logistics building on the border with the Netherlands
On the border with the Dutch city of Venlo, we were able to find an anchor tenant for our prospectively purchased property with the local user Essentra Components GmbH. In the course of the completion of the construction, the company Goodcang Logistics GmbH found itself as the second tenant for the second part of the hall. The fundamental strategic location on the Dutch border and the good connection to NRW were decisive for the settlement of the two companies.
Essentra was already based at the site and had started talks with the city in advance. Direct connection to the A61.
Planning
Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property. Due to the size of the plot and the space requirement of Essentra, a hall area of approx. 7,768 m² was speculatively developed.
Advice
Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.
Construction
The modern logistics center was realized in less than 9 months and then handed over to the customer. The speculative space was leased to the customer Goodcang logistics GmbH upon completion of the construction work.
The successful development at the Nettetal site confirms our decision to invest in strategically relevant locations for logistics outside the large conurbations.

In the Munich metropolitan region, we are developing a modern multi-user centre with around 13,000 m² of hall space. Particularly attractive: the direct connection to the BAB 92.
A 3-storey distribution and logistics project is being built at the Achim site. This realization of a fulfillment center over several floors is the first of its kind for GARBE.
Particularly noteworthy for the logistics property in the Metropolitan Region of Vienna is the possibility of divisibility from 5,000 m² as well as the possible cross-dock delivery.
