GARBE is developing a 23,000 sqm property, which is equipped with both roof greening and a PV system. An indoor ship is equipped with a WHG film, otherwise the high GARBE standards are taken into account in the construction as usual. The area is divisible from a size of approx. 5,700 sqm and is equipped with a representative office building.
Next door, GARBE is building an Amazon distribution center. Due to its excellent location directly on the A7, the motorway can be reached within a few minutes without passing through the village. With this distribution center, the districts of Heidenheim, Ulm, Dillingen and Neu-Ulm and thus more than 550,000 people can be supplied with parcels. The hall area 2 was rented to the company Tesla.

Thanks to the distribution centre in Messkirch, the southernmost area in Baden-Württemberg can now also be reached by short delivery times with Amazon packages. Particularly attractive: the central location between the districts of Sigmaringen and Tuttlingen.
A 3-storey distribution and logistics project is being built at the Achim site. This realization of a fulfillment center over several floors is the first of its kind for GARBE.
To the project
At the Harsum site, north of Hildesheim directly on the A7, a multifunctional and flexible logistics property with around 150 m2 of office space is being built.
With Koch International, we create new things! On 42,000 m2 of land, we realize a modern logistics center in Osnabrück.
