GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH is further expanding its portfolio of logistics centers. To this end, the Hamburg-based project developer has purchased a plot of land measuring around 32,000 sqm. A logistics property with a total area of approx. 17,200 sqm is being built on the site. The Dissen site in the northwest of Germany in Lower Saxony offers the ideal location for your new logistics site with direct highway access to the A33. Location

This is a repositioning project. The existing and outdated hall will be demolished and rebuilt in line with the latest requirements in terms of logistics and sustainable construction.

Planning

Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.

Advice

Together with our customer, we can respond to all necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property and design the logistics processes as effectively as possible.

Construction

Demolition started in February 2024, speculative construction will begin in the 3rd quarter of 2024. Completion is planned for 2025.

The unrestricted use as a logistics site makes the property extremely attractive.
