GEODIS CL Germany GmbH rents the entire site, which was bought by GARBE in perspective, before construction begins. This makes it clear how scarce the available land and existing properties in the Dresden area are and that the decision to acquire a plot of land there without a firm tenant commitment is a sustainable investment.
With the new location in Coswig, GEODIS will be expanded with 100 employees on site. In particular, the logistics offering is aimed at customers from the high-tech, industrial, consumer goods and automotive sectors.

The property is a former Brownfield. The property was built with pulp mill. In 2015, the plant was finally closed. 2021 complete demolition of the buildings and facilities by the seller and handover of the ready-to-build property to GARBE in Dec. 2021.
Planning
Together with GEODIS and the selected general contractor fabrikon GmbH, we realize the planning and implementation of the property.
Advice
In consultation with GEODIS, we implement all necessary logistical construction requirements and can respond to tenant-specific special requests in order to make the logistical processes as effective as possible.
Construction
After 10 months of construction, the handover of the modern logistics center to GEODIS is planned for December 2022.
