Together, GARBE Industrial and the Haulage company Hammer are setting a new milestone!

The Aachen-based logistics company Hammer has moved as a pioneer into the new inter-municipal industrial area “Am Grachtweg” and is using the currently existing space to bundle the business of new and existing customers on 94,000 sqm.
The central location “Rheinische Revier” with its excellent connection to the transport infrastructure makes the location a central hub for goods from all over the world.

Location

The property was found together with Hammer GmbH and specifically requested and purchased for the customer.

Planning

Together with our client and the selected general contractor, we have realized the planning and implementation of the property.

Consulting

Together with our customer Hammer, we were able to analyse and take into account all the necessary logistical construction requirements for the logistics property.

Construction

The large logistics center was realized in less than 9 months and handed over to the customer.

Revitalization

The nearly 186,000 m² of land was prepared by the RWE for construction and existing existing roads and pipelines were built back.

Special features

Due to the current situation, the customer has the possibility to secure his growth through adjacent plots by an extension of the property.

For GARBE Industrial and Hammer the project development is a huge milestone.

Facade in company design

For the design of the facade, we worked together with the customer on the colours of the logo in the exterior facade.

Integrated production facility

For a long-standing and close customer of Hammer GmbH, a 10,000 m² production hall for server assembly was integrated during construction.
