At this strategically and logistically very attractive location close to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, GARBE was able to secure approx. 65,000 m² of land area. This is located in the industrial park of Bollberg, a district of Stadtroda in Thuringia. At a distance of 7 kilometres, the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, which connects the A4 Bad Hersfeld – Dresden with the A9 Berlin – Munich. The A4 junction Stadtroda can be reached after one kilometre without passing through town.

Together with the general contractor Goldbeck Nord, we realize the planning and construction of the property.

Construction
The Bollberg logistics centre will be built in less than 12 months. The handover is planned for December 2023.
