Garbe establishes new Garbe Institutional Capital GmbH (GAIN Capital)

Anton Tjoonk and Michiel Dubois take on leadership roles
Hamburg, 3rd May 2018 – Garbe and Nixdorf Holding (GuN Holding) have formed a new investment management company, Garbe Institutional Capital GmbH (GAIN Capital). Anton Tjoonk, former fund manager of European Residential at Bouwfonds is the new Head of Residential Real Estate Investment as from the beginning of May and Michiel Dubois, former managing director of Residential at Bouwfonds will become the new managing director of GAIN Capital on 1st June.

GAIN Capital will be active as investment managers in all property market sectors excluding industrial and logistics property. In the initial phase, the focus will be on residential investment.

The existing platform of Garbe Industrial Real Estate as a fully integrated manager and developer of industrial and logistics property, and Garbe Immobilien-Projekte as a developer of residential and office property, remains unchanged.
