Garbe Industrial Real Estate consolidates real estate in GIANT

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has structured a new industrial real estate joint venture for a group of professional pension institutions.

It operates under the name of GIANT Growth Industrial Asset Net Income Trust and has acquired several portfolios, which are managed by Garbe and worth approximately 450 million euros. Garbe will continue to serve as the managing investment and asset manager for the portfolio. The portfolio was financed by PBB. The joint venture was advised by the law firms Greenberg Traurig and Berwin Leigthon Paisner (BLP), respectively.
