Garbe Industrial Real Estate achieves successful leasing in Kelsterbach

Kelsterbach/Hamburg, 19. September 2024 – Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has re-let around two thirds of the space in its existing property in Kelsterbach, near Frankfurt am Main. A wholesaler has moved in to the property, storing building materials and distributing them from there.

The building has a total floor space of around 19,000 square metres. The wholesaler uses around 12,000 square metres of this. The remaining 7,000 square metres are leased to two transport companies. “With this new contract, we have managed to achieve a seamless follow-on rental. We are very pleased about this,” emphasises Anna Fuchs, Asset Manager at Garbe Industrial Real Estate.

The logistics property was built in 2008. It is located on a 32,500-square-metre plot in the Mönchhof industrial park in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. The A3 motorway, which connects the site with Cologne to the northwest and Nuremberg to the southeast, is within sight. The Raunheim motorway junction can be reached in a few minutes via the B43. The building has a photovoltaic system that covers the entire surface and meets current standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.
