Adrian Zellner becomes head of Business Development at Garbe Industrial Real Estate

As of 1 January 2019, Adrian Zellner will take over the management of Business Development at Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH. His team will primarily be responsible for project development sales and advising customers on construction developments in warehousing and logistics real estate.

Adrian Zellner previously spent more than twelve years working at Realogis, where he was responsible for the development, organization, and management of the Hamburg and Berlin branches, as well as Germany-wide operations. Since 2010, he had held the position of Managing Director.

In the past six years, he had personally specialized in advising prospective tenants in the field of new construction development, achieving a floor-space turnover of approximately 750,000 square metres throughout Germany.
